This course needs significant investment and total overhaul. The fairways are a mess (bumps and rolls everywhere but not in a designed way, in more of a falling apart way), cart paths are a disaster, bunkers are all unplayable, nothing about playing this course is the least bit interesting. Its a course that should cost $35 to play in its current condition. Its only saving grace is the views of the harbor. The range is also closed all the time for no clear reason. And when it is open its $20 for a bucket.

Unacceptable condition. As a local that plays 3-4 rounds a month in Mt. Pleasant, this course is simply not worth the money and, frankly, I was embarrassed during our round after suggesting the course to family visiting from out of town. Great views, friendly staff, but WHY is it OK for you to charge what you charge and have almost the entirety of the 2nd cut be covered in grass 12-18” high? To have weeds everywhere? To have tire tracks on greens? If you’re a golfer that hits the fairway every time - good for you. But if you don’t, there’s no chance of recovering because your ball will disappear. It was really disappointing.

Just a terrible course and a complete sham for the money. Worst conditions I have ever played in and we live in Iowa. Fairways, cart paths, and sand bunkers were the worst I've ever seen. Golf carts were pure junk as well. Go somewhere else.

Yes but they have to be on leashes
We did just that September 21, total 16 golfers. Rough so high just off fairway (2 yards) could not find the ball, was ask to speed up play by club pro after we had paid $88.00 each.

Overpriced and terrible condition as of September 21, 2019
Many senior veterans in our group of 16 players September 21, no discount of any kind offered and harrassed by club pro to play faster.
