I have a vendetta against fast food workers. I don’t like them, and they don’t like me. I’m never rude, even with repeat offenders. I must say tho, watching some overweight, middle-aged troglodyte begrudgingly fail at some of the simplest tasks ever afforded to a member of our miserable race of apes, and then having that same Neanderthal treat me as the biggest inconvenience that’s happened to them since the unfortunate moment they gained consciousness, just because I had the unmitigated gall to request they fix whatever overwhelmingly, abysmally, basic specification they managed to biff during that particular visit, really grinds my gears. Just makes me real mad. No good. No good at all. Icky. This brings me to Raising Cane’s in Mount Pleasant. This restaurant is, without a shadow of a doubt, on every occasion I’ve visited this location, one of the best experiences I’ve had at any fast food joint. The employees always at the very least, act like they enjoy what they do. My order is ALWAYS right. Always. They’re always extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I will gladly wait in their drive thru line, even if cookout down the road is completely empty. This restaurant should be used as an example of how these places should look in order to do the greatest amount of business. You can tell this store is managed beautifully, and it shows itself in every detail. The food is always fresh, and of course it’s very tasty. But I’ll be honest, the food is really the secondary reason I go there. Knowing that I’m going to have enjoyable interaction with the employees, and not have to worry about my order being assembled by what I can only assume is a blindfolded dementia patient who’s up well beyond their normal bedtime. I’ll also point out that I never even recognize the people I see working there. That means that no matter who’s working, my experience is always good. Good management, and good employees. Very good. Like.

I loved it. It was my first time. A friend told me about it. The chicken was juicy. And get this, I didn't know you could tail gate.

No ketchup For fries but wanted to charge me for additional sauce when they couldn't provide proper condiments save your money and go to CFA. Better service and food.

Wow! Today was our first time to have Cane's. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken was so tender, no fat or gristle, with a crispy seasoned crust..the fries were crisp and hot and the bread and coleslaw delicious. We will definitely be back!

Yes
I believe they do, but at this time you cannot enter the store, drive through only.
