They just allow people to choose their own places in line while your food gets cold... regardless of where you're actually supposed to be and then the employees run around trying to figure it all out and you spend 15 minutes just waiting in line

Always fast serve, always courteous servers, and always the BEST food. My favorite in the summer is the peach milkshake…winter-chicken tortilla soup…favorite anytime - cobb salad with fried chicken. And they have mastered my favorite drink—half unsweetened tea and half REAL lemonade.
