The staff was very prompt and helpful. Talked me through all they were doing and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely go back for treatment.

Excellent service at this facility on the day I was injured. However, very disappointed in follow up. Was told my X-ray CD would be at desk on Monday- not even run & had to wait for receptionist to do it. Two referrals when I was seen on the 9th but not sent until 5 o’clock on the 13th AFTER I phoned to find out what was going on. As of today I have not heard from either referral. This changed my 5 Star to 3.

So the VA uses this facility to see a Nurse Practitioner for their Comp & Pension claims. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, there are 5 people sitting in the waiting room, seven people in front of me and 1 single person checking people in. The pleather furniture is white and looks like it’s never even been wiped down. The bathroom was terribly disgusting, no paper towels, stuff all over the floors. Does not look very clean at all. This is a medical urgent care facility, they aren’t to concerned about germs.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. I took my sick child here to be seen. (Luckily I had not canceled his later appointment with his PCP) After taking 20 min to be checked in, we waited another hour, and watched someone who checked in behind us get called back. He spiked a fever during the wait, and while he was shivering I promised him he would be seen soon. Meanwhile, staff seemed not to be in any hurry. More than an hour after our arrival a lady comes over and informs me they did not accept our insurance. Mad cannot express my feelings at that moment or this one. She then proceeded to tell me he could still be seen as self pay for $150 plus whatever tests he needed. If not, I could go down the road to a place like AFL that was affiliated with the hospital and not a private care provider. Y'all dropped the ball... next time please post this information at the door and inform your patients at check-in (when you took and scanned my Medicaid card) that you do not accept medicaid! If we had not waited here almost an hour and a half, the urgent care down the road would not have been full. Luckily my child can still be seen by his PCP in less time than waiting at another urgent care, but that still delays his relief by a couple of hours from when he thought he would be seen. Just how dare you leave him sitting there like that! And no, I would not ever self pay or provider pay at an institution with such lack of patient care!

Hi there! We're so sorry to hear about that. We typically don't advise on medical care over the internet, but we're happy to help you if you call in.
They are, that is what I used.
Costs greatly depend on the care that is needed. We'd need to see the injury first. Please stop in, no appointment needed!
Yes they do, been using them for about a year, think they do pretty much anything you need
We have a great team here that can help with pediatrics. You can call our office or stop by any time to get your questions answered!
