Well, I believe we all know how it feels when you get that call from your better half that the AC’s not working. In my case, it was my mother who was house sitting (paws sitting). We were at the beach and on the first morning away my mother had to make this call. I called everyone. No luck of having anyone come out anytime soon. If moms not happy no one’s happy 😂. Not Smooth Sailing, George dispatch his son Nathan. Extremely nice and professional young man. Within 45 minutes of the call he had my unit back up and running. I use to be on their annual service agreement and loved them then. Unfortunately, I moved and they changed the original name of the company so I could locate them for my new home back in the area. So glad I found them. First class and extremely knowledgeable. I won’t lose them again. Thanks George and Nathan. You’re awesome.

George and Nate were great. They were at my home within 24 hours and the AC unit was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you again for your professional service.

The technicians came out first thing in the morning, ready to rock. They diagnosed my AC issues quickly and efficiently, and didnt even wake the kids! My AC needed more coolant and i felt an instant change in temperature upon completion. The only bad part was the very most basic recharge was $380 dollars. They gave me a 10% Veteran's discount, so it was a little less painful, but still about 100 dollars more than i had imagined. Great guys, but this economy is getting brutal.

To answer that, you’ll need an appointment with one of our HVAC service experts. We’ll come to your home and evaluate its size, heating and cooling needs, environment, and the work we’ll need to do. Then, we can recommend the best system for you and install it quickly.
When your AC freezes up, either inside or at the outdoor unit, you have a problem. When your AC is frozen, you could subject your system to serious damage if it isn’t addressed promptly.
While boilers and furnaces both send heat into a home, a furnace uses forced air into a house through ducts. A boiler heats up water and sends steam or hot material throughout pipeworks in a home. These pipes radiate heat outward into a house or radiant floor system. These unique systems require different repairs.
These often mean that something is unbalanced or broken in your unit.
Regular AC maintenance can extend your cooling system’s life past the average lifespan of ten to 15 years. Leaks, dust, pests, and debris throughout your system can significantly affect your air conditioner’s effectiveness and create ideal conditions for components to break down. Without proper maintenance, you risk your home’s safety and sacrifice your indoor comfort.
Yes we service nearby areas as well!
While every home is different, a good rule of thumb is to change filters every 1 to 3 months and watch for signs that your filter may need replacing (excessive dust, system running more often or visibly dirty filter.
Depending on how old your furnace is it may be time to just replace it. Having said that it will depend on the problem as well. If you are just having issues with the ignition, depending on make and model, it could be just a small investment. If there is a major problem, then it might be best to not make a repair. Let’s say your heat exchanger is cracked or has a hole in it. If that equipment is 20 years old and you decide to replace the exchanger, you will still have a 20-year-old system that contains all the older parts. Some of which can be damaged during the repair process. So careful consideration must be given on some furnace repairs. The actual cost will vary and should range from $200-$2000, or more. It will also depend on the services you elect at the time of the repair.
