Kim is so very rude and unhelpful…called to inquire about touring a model apartment and she was short and rude…if she has received so many terrible reviews about her customer service, how is she still there overseeing your property.. very unprofessional and reflects badly on your community…

Decided to call to see about getting a tour to view their apartments in person or virtually. Kim picked up the phone and quite frankly I see why ppl leave bad reviews about her. She reflects the image of the company whether she realizes that or not. When I asked about touring she basically said “We have nothing to show and bye.” She wasn’t even trying to be helpful in trying to figure what I was looking for or when I would be interested in moving, incase one does become available to view. Not trying to single her out but she definitely needs to work on people skills. Customer service isn’t for her.

I called to inquire about general information and Kim answered the phone and she is extremely rude . I remained nice but had to write a review. She was very short and snobby and kept interrupting me before I could even finish any of the questions.

ZERO STARS. I called in this morning to see about an apartment that I received a notice would be becoming available and as soon as the phone was answered by KIM, who I see in other previous reviews is not a very welcoming person to talk to (ironic since she chose to be in customer service. Maybe pick a different job field if your gonna be terrible at the one thing your hired to do.), I was greeted by complete rudeness. I was asking simple questions and trying to be as polite as possible during the whole conversation however every time I spoke I couldn't even get out a full sentence before I was rudely interrupted by her short and brash comments. Before moving in please remember that the people in the office are the ones that you have to rely on for your maintenance and building complaints. If they're this rude and careless about possible future residents imagine how much worse it would be if you actually chose to move in.
