The landlord is SOOO easy to work with, I can't even begin to tell you. Being that I moved 10 hours away from my home state, this little community makes you feel RIGHT at home. 🥰🥰 When I first moved in, after showering the first few times, the tub broke and I had to duct tape it back together. 🙃 And being that we were still in the somewhat hyper-active stages of the pandemic, this wasn't something I was particularly happy about. Thankfully, after some time from Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2021, not only did they fix it quickly, but they gave me a whole brand new tub and EVEN MORE SPACE equipped in it. 🥳🥳🥳 It is incredibly roomy and there are hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The Villas at Summer Creek has DEFINITELY been an improvement from where I used to be. It's a MUCH HEALTHIER environment to live in, and is MUCH more comfortable. 😁 It is a family friendly place and many children play on the playground. It also has a dishwasher, air conditioner, 3 fans (2 in the bedroom and 1 in the kitchen), and it is pet friendly (2 pets allowed per unit). There is a very strong probability that I will, most likely, be staying here for a long time. 😊 Plus, North Charleston has a LOT of restaurants to go to (roughly 10, maybe 15 minute drive AT MOST.). 2 grocery stores within 5 minute drive. 45 minute drive to Folly Beach ⛱️😎😍. LOTS of things to do here. Short drive to Downtown Charleston. BEAUTIFUL WEATHER. 😁 2 Starbucks within 15 minute drive. Target. Bahama Breeze Restaurant is a MUST. 💟 I could list everything, but this review is starting to get a little long, LOL. 😅 Just come check it out, you'll love it here. I promise. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Was a little rough when we initially moved in due to how old the place is, but maintenance and the newest of the office Melanie have been great helps and always listen to any concern or question we have. They've also been adding more improvements to the apartments like the new basketball set which is great
