I’ve lived here since December and my experience has not been the best. From not receiving responses to emails, to waiting FOREVER for a maintenance request to be complete. It’s wasn’t until yesterday when I met Lorrissa and she displayed the PERFECT customer service to me and the people she talked to on the phone. I am so glad to know they finally cleaned house with the team that was there. I look forward to working with Lorrissa more in the future. Thank you for your help!

I would not recommend anyone move here. I have contacted the leasing office via email and called 5 times now within the last few weeks. I have left voicemails and no one returns my calls, not even an email response back. Guess I will have to show up in the office to get in contact with anyone.

Lived here a year, made every payment on time. When my lease was up they had me sign another month at an expense cost. I paid it early. Left the keys to them 10 days early with apartment impeccable. Still waiting on my deposit from June 2022—it’s September! Im a 25 year old hard working waitress, a real person trying to make it. The system has failed us, America. Can’t blame one low income apartment for acting as what they are, housing for low income people. Live in my car now because I prefer it to living at marrington village. (They spray painted over snacks in the cupboard when I moved in straight over a milkway and raisins) wild
