The quality you should expect is that of an automated drive-through car wash. The house will be sprayed like they say, and that is what they guarantee. Whether it will come out clean or not, that is not their problem. Again, just like a drive-through automated car wash. They won't use ladders. They sprayed a 2 story house with a hose from 30 feet away. I paid $450 to pressure wash only the soffits and the porch ceilings of a brick house. As the work was being finished, I noticed several areas that were still dirty with mildew. I asked the employee to go over them, and they said they did, but they won't come off. I rubbed my wet hand over those spots and they came off right away. Their response was "we don't scrub, we only spray". They left with a job which I consider undone. I called the owner and he had the same attitude. I paid him in full and I spent my entire Saturday pressure washing most of my house again. All stains came off with some bleach and little scrubbing. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I will let you decide for yourself. I expected more from a professional crew.

Triangle Home Detailing answered the phone (yay!), gave me a quote in my email when we got off the phone (yay!), and had an extremely awesome, easy to use client portal where I could schedule the work that needed done on our house and pay our invoice (triple yay!). Your gutter system is designed to collect rainwater and funnel it away from your homes foundation. Allowing debris to build up on the roof, in the gutters, and in the downspouts will result in the system becoming clogged and will cause water to overflow. Over time, this will cause your fascia boards to rot and will cause damage to your foundation. Keeping the gutters free of debris and flowing properly is an integral part of home maintenance.
Gutter and leaf guards can greatly reduce the frequency you need to have you gutter system cleaned, and in some cases can eliminate the need for regular cleanings. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of gutter guard designs but on a few work well. We install heavy gauge aluminum inserts designed to fit securely into the gutter and handle 20 inches of rainfall per hour, which is 50% greater than the world record. The design filters rain into the gutters while completely keeping leaves and debris out, allowing most debris to blow away with a light breeze. Unlike many other gutter guards, ours do not go under the roof shingles and therefore do not void any roof warranties. They are made from high quality aluminum and will never rust or warp. They also come with a 30 year limited warranty for material and workmanship, performance, and installation.
The cost to have your home pressure washed is dependent upon the size of your home. In general we charge $0.12 per sqft for a low-pressure house siding wash. This includes the siding, trim, doors, windows, screened porch, and front porch but does not include the roof, steps, sidewalks, deck, patio, or driveway. The areas not included can be quoted for an additional charge.
The frequency with which you should have your gutters cleaned is dependent on many factors. For some clients we clean their gutters once per year, and for others we clean once per month and twice per month during the fall. For most clients we suggest 2-3 services per year if you have deciduous trees (maple, oak, etc.) and 3-4 times per year if you have pine trees. These services are scheduled at strategic times during the year to insure that your gutter system is always free of debris and flowing properly.
