I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you have time and money to waste. We ordered windows and a door several months ago. After months of waiting we discovered our contract had been canceled. According to a representative of the company they tried to contact us and canceled because they no longer could honor the quote we were given when we purchased the windows. When searching email we found one but received no phone calls from anyone with the company. We decided to cancel our door order because we no longer had confidence they could deliver on the product and price we were sold on. We only purchased a $4,000 door because they gave us a good deal on the windows for purchasing them all together. We should have know something wasn’t right when they nullified the first contract and asked us to sign separate contracts for the windows and door. After multiple attempts to contact someone we were told we wouldn’t receive a refund on the deposit we made on the door of $1,100. I encourage you to read the multiple other reviews on Google and Yelp of similar experiences with this company.

Other companies will answer phone calls or return calls they missed. Champion won't. Also, other companies will give you a straight estimate that they adhere to. Champion will lie and tell you that the job will be one price, only to charge you much more once you've signed. And Champion's Customer Care is absolutely garbage.

There should be tabs to the left and right of the locks, on the edge of the bottom sash, open the window a couple inches, push those tabs toward the lock at the same time and pull toward you, to tilt the top in leave the bottom window tilted in, and repeat the same process, the tabs are on top of the shash for the top window
The estimate might be free but they will pressure you on the spot to sign, even if you are not comfortable doing so.
