It was the worst FFL transfer experience in my life. Shawn rejected to finish transfer, extorted $100 from me to send my gun back to seller (it cost about $30).

Knowledgeable and business-like, not much on conversation, email is the best way to communicate. I laughed at the review about omg!, "right-wing propaganda" when there are just decals and different manufacturers' sales-type, wall posters. Liberal gun owners, what an oxymoron.

Don't go here. Shawn extorted money from me so there's that; made me pay twice for 1 background check. I read that it happened to another customer before I went and it then happened to me. It's not a store it's a guys house. When I got there he made me get in a shed in the back which is highly uncomfortable as far as meeting an armed stranger goes (which ads on to a general lack of a sense of any customer service). Guys got an attitude for no reason when you say literally anything to him. Asked me for $25 for the background check, I was getting some things together in my pocket so a minute or so passes, then he proceeds to say "$25 dollars I said" like A. I'm his child and B. like he's not double charging me anyway (already paid him that for the same transfer a w eek prior) but I let it slide. Doesn't answer the phone, is incredibly unprofessional both communication and service wise. Just go to an ACTUAL dealer instead he's lucky I didn't sue his a** honestly man. Not saying he's a bad guy, just saying go somewhere else.
