Went on Saturday and the place was at capacity. It was worth the wait though. You can try out some of the products with their in-store sink. The store smells soothing. I am in love with the fact that no animals are harmed in the making of these products. 100% cruelty free.

Me and my wife went there today to buy few soaps and shampoos. I love their products, they are very unique and environmental friendly, which is really appreciated when we are standing on a cliff to a climate disaster. Anyway, the lady in the store was extremely helpful and helped us pick up the write soaps for our needs. Highly recommended and please please stop use all plastics.

This place is so amazing! A hidden gem! There are bathbombs galore! So many scents! The staff are awesome! They have a big bowl of water to demonstrate some of the bombs and have smaller bowls with different products that include the thing they are made with! Examples are fresh blueberries, rose petals, oatmeal and even chocolate! I ended up getting a breadsoap and this minty mask that I absolutely love!

Lush is one of my favorite brands! Organic, fresh and natural with ingredients you can actually understand. This store seems small but has a whole lot to chose from! From handmade masks customized for your skin to the best bath bombs around!! The Walnut Creek store by far has the best customer service! Brad (I hope I remember his name correctly) was wonderful. He took the time to help me choose the best products for me! He also threw in a tester for me to try. I really didn't know what I wanted when I walked through the door but rest assured I didn't walk out empty handed!! My current addiction there is hair products! I chose some unique hair shampoo called, “Jersey bounce” for taming my wild curls. It doesn’t take much and lasts a long time. I highly recommend trying everything they have. I think I’ve covered just about every product at least every bath bomb! Lush products make wonderful gifts too!! Hint hint!!
