I recently visited here. I’m so amazed at how well organized the store was. The cashiers and Manager would very helpful. Excellent customer service. I will be back visiting when I’m back in town.

Visit this store on 1/4/22, stay in there browse for over hour. The purpose I stop saw sign in window 50% off, caught my eye. Doing the visit alot customers were returning merchandise etcs. So I finally saw these stocks, 2 workers standing behind register, so I ask them questions about these socks etcs. Never knew one didn't work there, until I opened socks because neither never call manager for me etcs. So the one who didn't work there, stated to me I'm going to buy the socks for opening, I'm rude & before leave this store I'm going to purchase them. So I told her no I'm not & where's your manager, she kept saying I don't work here & you going to buy them. So make story short kept having word from word , manager finally came, told her what was going on, etcs Manager stated she can't do anything with lady behind the register if I want to call just call, you suppose buy whatever you open, etcs. So I ask manager you telling me, customer can be rude to me, go off on me acting like she work here, telling what I'm going to buy with my money,etcs. 1st you don't have your friends hanging at your work place, the other worker never response looking lost & when call manager never came, so your friend trys take over & not employee at Shoe Show. Where you do that at??? Then manager comes automatically on their friend side & I'm the customer. I call the number on receipt doing incident & call back day later never got response on this situation. Just letting everyone knows what happen & if it happen to me can happen to you. Customer acting like she works at Shoe Show, hangout with friends who works there, treating customers nasty & rude. You wonder why they have hiring sign in the window.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. I haven't seen the blue, but I did get the light and dark teal from there
