When I order an Impossible burger (either one) I specifically ask multiple times for no cheese or mayo to make sure it was heard and sometimes the person taking the order will either acknowledge it or not saying anything. Well, 9 times out of 10 they ignore it and put either cheese or mayo and sometimes both. I never say anything and end up scraping it off. Well, today it happened again, but this time I went back inside to once again request no mayo. The employee making the burgers was upset that she had to remake it and started having attitude and throwing stuff around while she was making other orders while we waited for the new impossible patties to be cooked. This makes me never want to go back since I never complain every time they mess up, but the one time I go back to have it remade I get attitude for it after I confirmed no cheese or mayo 3 times before I paid. I’m vegan and can’t have cheese or mayo.

ordered a double whopper combo and got a single. Attempt to call Burger King location from the phone number on my receipt. No answer, then got number from web page: No answer!
