Great experience for the 3 times we went there this week at David County. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors, everyone was very nice and caring. A great hospital compared to Novant ER which provided bad service 2 years ago. Highly recommend Wake if anyone needs a hospital. We did not need to wait more then 10 minutes to see a nurse or doctor. Excellent service from the staff, not to forget radiology over last weekend and MRI employees today, extremely friendly and fast service. Names I remember are Dr Lee, Dr Locke, Dr Kevin, nurses Janet, and whoever that helped us over last weekend and today, very very nice staff. Thank you for your service! We need more caring people like they do at Wake! These employees truly need a huge raise! 😄

Apparently you have to have covid symptoms to be seen in the ER. Been waiting hours after I brought my son in for severe back pain, spasms, and numbness in his legs. While people who are feeling much better are being taken back immediately. I have always had good experiences here but today has really disappointed me.

Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The building was beautifully done and VERY clean. I mean glossy floors. Spotless bathrooms and rooms! You don’t see this much in an ER. The PA’s and nurses were very nice. I recommend Davie Medical in case of emergency.
