My mothers room was dirty, trash on the floor and left on the counters. Staff seemed overworked and tired making them rude, forgetful, and combative. I have sympathy for them but when your family member is having an emergency you don’t want exhausted angry people taking care of them. Seems like there’s mismanagement/lopsided priorities happening here. There’s no way they don’t have the money to hire more people to keep things like this from happening. Treat your nurses/facility better so they can treat their patients better :/

My wife’s birth experience was tremendous. We strongly recommend Megan as a midwife. She did a phenomenal job assisting in the birth of our son. All the nurses were fantastic.

If I could give it no stars I would. My experience was awful the moment I was taken to triage. The nurse did not care to ask about any of my medical history which was important to note with my symptoms. No one asked about the severity of my symptoms and ruled it out as me having covid and then could not tell me when and for how long to quarantine. I was given a shot of toridol for pain but was not advised as to what it was until right before she stuck the needle in my arm and then left with no further instruction on how to proceed with my care. I was then told after waiting for more than an hour with no one checking up on me, that I had developed covid and that I was being discharged. I could not speak with the doctor again as she was, “too busy to come back for a consult”. The nurse came back with discharge papers after none of my non-covid related symptoms were addressed. I was given multiple prescriptions none of which were explained to me as to why I was given them. I had to ask what the medicines were for and what the diagnosis was and when I asked to speak to the doctor I was told that was no longer possible. I checked the discharge papers and realized my information was wrong. The address, weight, temperature, and other markers were incorrect and when I asked about this I was told it was leftover from the patient before… What does that mean for me? The nurse then rushed off not wanting to further discuss my remaining symptoms and basically said follow up with my primary care, which is all fine if I was given adamant care there. We were rushed out with no salutes or good wishes only more confusion and with feelings of never wanting to be in the care of that particular hospital again. (Prisma Health Baptist Parkridge ER)

I never had any complaints with Prisma Health Baptist Parkridge before. My advice is to talk with someone who you know and are comfortable to talk to about your complaint. Thank you and God bless!!!!!!🙏👏💪✌👍
If they can't they will find you help.
I don't think so. You can never go wrong with calling in advance.
If no insurance atleast $50 if you can, so if you can't let them know and they will work it out with you. We always try to pay $20
I'm sure you can!
In the 400 and 100 buildings
Opened in 2014, Baptist Parkridge is a 76-bed state-of-the-art hospital with about 600 team members offering a personalized care experience.
