Ridiculously long wait times, even when empty, then a coin flip whether you get compassionate and competent care or someone dismissive. This is the hospital that has twice sent me home with a life-threatening condition and a silly diagnosis that was quickly proven incorrect. Ex: Minor tummy bug. The next day I was back, and learned my appendix had apparently ruptured over a week prior. Years later, it was “gas pains”. Nope, The next day I find out I needed my gallbladder removed immediately. That is just ridiculous, the symptoms didn’t change at all in those hours between visits, but the diagnoses sure did. CMH has improved somewhat over the last few years, but I still say this: If you value your life, or the lives of your loved ones, go elsewhere.

Never bring anyone you care about to this hospital! Kelly, the "hospitalist" in charge of admission, is not only the most uncaring human being to ever to disgrace this earth, but also totally rude and seriously needs to be fired! Doesn't treat the staff well either. With someone like her in charge, I'd prefer to stay home and die! Total disgrace to the medical community!!!
