Loved it, loved it, loved it great experience the manager accommodated me so well on this Valentine's Day. My wife bought me a beautiful bouquet with a strawberries and pineapple hearts with the XOXO at the bottom. I loved the packing as well. I cant wait to get another order from here. I been coming here since 2-3 years and its the best experience I ever had,

Customer service and delivery service was really great however the weather was not so good in the last couple of days but still managed to get it by same day. I understand business are busy and sometimes under staffed especially Valentines Day . But still i loved their products and fresh fruits and the tastiest treats i have ever had. Always been with a terrific experience.

I would give 1 star but I'll force myself to give 2 because I enjoy the products. My encounter with the staff was horrible. I went in to order the 6 count box I saw on the website for $9.99 and was told they do not make anything like that and the only way I could buy chocolate dipped apple slices was if I bought the 12 count for $40. I asked again about the one I had seen online including the marshmallows and was told they do not have marshmallows. After leaving the store I placed my order on the website and received exactly what I wanted in the first place for $10. When I returned to pick it up it was the same man I spoke to earlier and he rudely asked what do I need. I told him I was picking up an order and he handed it to me. I couldn't even be bothered to question him in person where as he had this rude smirk on his face that made me feel judged. Horrible customer service and if you want to buy something from them just do it online to avoid being disrespected as a customer.

Save yourself the frustration and embarrassment of ordering from this location. They’re horrible and have horrible customer service. I live out of state and purchased the Berries & Bouquet arrangement for a family member which was to come with (1) dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. They delivered the strawberries at 11am, didn’t bring the flowers. When my family member called to thank me I realized they didn’t bring the flowers. I immediately called the store, the informed me the driver would be right back with them. The driver did not go right back. I called back 3 times... 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm. Got the complete run around. Each time I was told they would be right there. The delivery driver showed up at 8pm with dead flowers! Brown all around the tips.. a complete horror. I called today to speak to a manager and request a refund. He informed me my family member would have to bring all the stuff back before he would consider a refund. Don’t waste your time. Order from a different location.
