I explained to the person the glue that kepted the sole connected to my sneakers was no longer working. The worker was rude and dismissive during this conversation. He then gave me a quote of $150.00, cash only, up-front.I explained to the worker I didn't have that money with me but I would when the job was completed. I didn't even get the chance to finish my statement when he stated, " Waste of my time, goodbye. I don't reward rude behavior, and rude behavior must be addressed. I will never return to this business.

I went in to price out a repair of a women's stiletto heels. OMG has it gone up. $20 for the pair to be fixed. That's for 2 pcs of approx 3/8th in plastic and a nail. There used to be an older gentleman in Patchogue who charged $5. He had since retired. Boy do i miss those days.
