Great idea. Such a nice clubhouse should not go unused. A newsletter would be informative and meet-ups would bolster the community.

Good luck, most of the time you don't get a response back, however so long as you follow the HOA guidelines after 45 days you can move forward with the project. If you want something that is even slightly out of HOA guidelines no dice you have to wait the decade or so it will take to get them to look at it. I submitted once and waited thirty days, then submitted again and waited 45 days and went ahead and built my fence. My fence was built exactly to HOA guidelines.

Surprisely our pool is open now for swimmers. Our times must have been changed and insurance updated. From last months meeting. One of our residence requested that the pool be open to everyone not just for our young adults. I hope she's aware, that it's open currenly. Iam actually sitting on our pool deck.. How great that is for our residence at home wanting to get out for an early swim...
