It's been awhile since we went to Abbadabba and the visit reminded why I love this place. The staff are so knowledgeable and help us find the right shoe me and my husband, with patience and professionalism. Danielle help my husband find his first pair of Birkenstock. She also patiently helped me try on athletic shoes that was both comfortable and supportive. Tatum help refine what I thought I was looking for. As a person with flat feet, I always though what I needed was a shoe with an arch. Not knowing there are shoes designed for people like me! Tatum made the recommendation, Danielle helped me try the shoe on, and the foot gods spoke. Will definitely return for the service and quality.

I went here with my family looking for a specific shoe. While trying it on the sales representative who assisted us came over and says “for some reason these shoes are very good for y’alls feet” at first I didn’t understand what she meant but then proceeded to say that “when You come in these shoes are mostly what you’re looking for.” It was clear then that she was referring to our race. Too embarrassed to stop her I let her finish. Her closing stamens were “I hope that didn’t sound weird” which let me know she knew how offensive her words were. This was the most embarrassing, ignorant, and prejudice encounter I’ve ever had while purchasing shoes. I would never spend a penny there.

Visited the location in Buckhead, GA on Roswell Rd. The service was horrible. The employees working asked every other customer(s) did they need anything, never asked us. It was a lady and her son came in 15 minutes after us and was asked immediately if she needed help. Finally I had to ask for help and then she wasn’t as helpful with us she was with the other customers. This is not good customer service on any level.

My husband and I visited 2 locations this weekend looking for the Milano sandals, very specific, basic style…after waiting several minutes to be helped was told they do not carry size 38 or 40 for women, are you kidding me! I am not a new customer to this brand, I have been buying shoes from Abadabas for over 25 years and I would assume that those two sizes are popular, the salesperson said she didn’t know anything about the way they are bought from Birkenstock. Visit another location today, wasn’t very busy, we were not approached so I walked up to 3 young ladies standing together in the back talking and asked if they carried the Milano since I didn’t see it displayed and they didn’t know what I was talking about….I had a pair in my feet! I showed them to her, still no light came on, she then picked up a completely different sandal off the Mens table and said “this is all we have” wasn’t even close. If this is the caliber of salespeople that you have representing your stores now then I will order from the Birkenstock website which is what I ended up doing.
