I texted my original Sales Associate and asked her to look out for a certain bag as I was looking to purchase. I ended up calling CS who confirmed it was available. Although I was disappointed that she didn't do as she said, it wasn't a surprise because when I made my initial purchase with her, she was asking if my job was hiring and pretty insisting. When I finally got to the store the new sales associate I had confused damier ebene with the damier azure and tried telling me they didn't have the damier azure in the MM, even though I confirmed through customer service AND the associate upon check in. At this point all I wanted to do was to get my items and leave. The SAs took away from the LV experience and this was frustrating. UPDATE I went back for another purchase and had a much better experience.

At this point, everyone knows what this store is about. The service level also goes with the price tag. Personnel was ready and knowledgeable, store setting pristine and on point.

Went to make a purchase and the store had very few customers in it, however they said it would be a 20min wait to enter, the store wants to charge premium prices but doesn’t want to give premium service. I love this brand and don’t mind paying there prices but if I’m going to do that I want the same service. You’re 20 & 30min wait for not staffing your store is going to be brand damaging for you…. I’m sure I’m not the only customer that left just the only voiced my opinion. The customer service manager did call me to say if I wanted to come back to make a purchase I could but I had already left the mall, he said they didn’t have enough staff…. Like I said …. Premium Brand… give premium service or you’ll end up like everyone else. I’m going to try going back in few weeks …if I get different service at that time I’ll take this review down if I get the same service (with a wait time) I’m leaving it up because they took no action to change….

I needed to exchange a bag I had purchased online and the entire process went smoothly thanks to Anastasiya. Because of her warmth towards me and my children and great customer service, I ended up purchasing shoes and other items. Thank you so much Anastasiya!

They only allow a certain amount of people in the store at a time. And they assign a chaperone to shoppers entering the store.
