This location was horrible as a first time shopper here I wasn’t able to exchange my item for a different style on the web and had I known that I would get my money back so I could buy what I wanted then I would have never shopped here if I don’t like what I bought than I should be able to buy with in the same brand I just wanted to switch to a clothing item online and they said in store and online is different but it’s all on the same website how is Versace store different from Versace online but ok but I am I the music industry and will make sure I my people to never shop there !!!

Terrible customer service continues at this location. Wait for vacation and go to a location that actually wants your business and treats their clients well. THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

The manager is rude , i felt like she was judging me since i first came by the way she was looking she has short hair and she’s like in her 60’s i couldn’t shop in peace because she’ll be staring at me or making noises with her nails like if she was aggravated , also she was bothered by me having my 5 year old son with me . Made me not want to buy nothing but i purchase some stuffs anyway just to let them know money wasn’t a problem with me but that was my last time going in there

Sales lead took all of my time to no avail. I left and came back twice. She truly needs help assisting customers in a timely fashion.
