Location: 1002 N Church St Ste 302, Greensboro Dr. Toth was an extremely nice doctor. I tried having a surgery in May but insurance denied it. I tried to have an appeal sent and when I called the insurance company they told me the appeal was never even sent. Called Central Carolina Surgical Center and Dawn told me that she did submit it. Several back and forth calls later and then Dawns supervisor Brenda tells me that Dawn did not submit an appeal because she thought it would still get denied. Then proceeded to tell me that I can submit it myself. I told her that I originally wanted them to submit it and that I have been postponing my surgery for an appeal that was never even submitted like I was told. Fast forward to August and had a follow-up appointment to figure out some options. The doctor told me he can order a test for me to submit to the insurance for the surgery to then be approved. He said they would call me in a week to schedule the next appointment. Never got a call so I called the office and no one could help me because the doctor was out of the office. Called back the next week and they said they did not have anything for me. So now I want to be done with them for my surgery but the only problem is I never received my refund for the deposit for over $700 back in May. Called see why and they said the surgery was never submitted as cancelled. The person I spoke to said they send checks on Mondays and that I should get it in a week or so. Now two weeks later I call and they say that she requested for my check but when I ask for a general time frame she responds with "no." I am sure not many people have issues here and I am sure I am the bad apple out of many good ones, but this experience has been absolutely terrible. Lots of the co-pays (I do not mind paying) to nothing actually getting accomplished, rude responses, and time wasted.

I was patient at Moses H Cone Hospital back in March 2022 and I found that Kelly E Osborne, PA-C was pretty much incompetent at her job she forgot about changing my medicine which I reminded her 24 hours later. She also lacks the ability to have eye contact when she's talking to you or listening it's as if she's not really wanting to be there or what you're saying is not really important. She also places the hospital's bottom line above your health. There is always a bad apple in the bunch and Kelly E Osborne, PA-C  in my book is a Bad Apple. This is just from my personal experience and when I leave a review I try to be fair and I waited 4 months to give her a review because of how badly she treated me in the hospital and I didn't want that to cloud my judgement. My first and praying my last surgery! I just thankfully wanted to say I appreciate Dr. Wilson and all of his staff they were awesome from customer service all the way through my surgery to recovery ❤️‍🩹 they were awesome. I healed up great and very few scars that I know will disappear after while and I will post a pic as well. Thank you for doing my hernia surgery!!!

My surgeon, pre-op nurse, and the woman who scheduled my surgery were all very kind & professional. On the other hand, the ladies at the front desk were unorganized & caused unnecessary stress while I was already very sick and stressed out. They were very nonchalant when sympathy would have gone a long way. The woman who called me back for the second part of check in made unnecessary comments about how adjusting my diet would help my condition when I was in an acute gallbladder attack with a blocked bile duct & urgently needed surgery. Please read the room.

At this time, yes, we are allowing one person to accompany the patient to the exam room during a consultation. Depending on the status of Covid-19 infections in our community, this policy may be subject to change.

I had umbilical hernia surgery 11/20/2018. About a month or so ago I had some sharp pain in the area of surgery. Since then have had stools that look like black tar. Should I be cncerned?

Anything looking like tar should be checked out, especially if its way out of the ordinary... Don't wait... Could be blood in your stool
