Must have a 3rd party contract/payout with workers comp cause I have never received treatment like this ever before. Never have I ever been told that there is no apparent reason for the pain I am in and if I am not better in four weeks I should just find another job. I had to laugh it off. No compassion and his arrogance is a complete disgrace to the prisma brand. My MRI was never explained to me nor brought up on screen how normal doctors do to show areas of interest or injury. I guess when it’s time for doctors to hang up their coats they Will tarnish a reputation for a payout. Thanks Dr. Fulton, you really make the Company look good………I would not recommend anyone to visit this practice. The doctors PLEDGE must have been bought buy worker’s comp practices. I almost allowed Dr. Fulton view put me in harms way. I have never seen the orthopedic doctor that would not go over my MRI as well as show me areas affected or possibly affected. Just a disgrace.

The docs are great. The staff is brutal bad. Extremely rude and bullying behavior at scheduling. Offered several obvious lies. Also asking my wife to walk on her broken foot without an aircast after the doctor specifically her not to do that. Great doctor terrible support staff.

The service here is very slow not to mention that you have to wait a long time to even get an appointment. The staff is very unfriendly and rude, some of them even body shame patients.

I had a New Patient appointment scheduled. Took 3 months to get in. Showed up the day of my appointment to find out my appointment had been canceled and they gave it to someone else. I'd received no phone call about this and no one could explain to me why they had done this. I explained I'd taken the day off from work for this appointment. I'd been suffering with my injury for several months, almost a year, and was struggling to walk. Yet, they refused to work me in.Next available appointment is 2 months from now, but who knows if they don't give it away to someone else?
