Glad I'm moving and they don't service my area. Last straw, when I watch them put my bin so close to my truck on purpose. Watch a different company pickup yard waste and the young man started sweeping up the leftover leaves. This company will walk over the leftover and drive off.

I have backyard service for trash and recycling. The gentleman that takes care of the recycling is great. I haven't had any issues with him. But the weekly trash collectors are the worse. In the two years that we've used them, 50% of the time the trash canister has either been skipped or not fully emptied. Today we came home and it was empty but locked up. It can't be the bill because it's paid up to date and due next month. Plus the recycling canister wasn't locked up. I'm tired of calling and complaining so tomorrow will be the last time. They can come and get their canisters. It shouldn't be this difficult for trash removal. I'm over it.

This company has skipped us so many times. They they try and remove your trash can unexpectedly. Customer service when calling is very unprofessional won't admit they screw up and blame the customer

My family has used Boaen/Curbie Sanitation for the last 38 years at my office and 3 homes. They have always been dependable, easy to work with, and very helpful with any special request such as extra cans, additional trash, and grabbing my can every time, every day! Being in the service business myself, I know great service when I see it! Today is my trash day and I’m loaded from the weekend, thank goodness for Curbie!
