Ian need lessons in professionalism, courtesy, diplomacy, and a friendly attitude toward ALL members. Of course this story has more details but I summarize it like this A weeks ago I had a surprise that the manager canceled my 14-year-old son's membership for life, the problem was with me and he took it out on a minor under 14 and lied in the supposed report because he had kicked him out from the gym, personally I asked him for the number of the corporation, he refused to give me any information, when I went personally I spoke with him very calmly but he says the opposite. The gym has cameras and I would like the owner to see what is happening in the building.
