Love them, always take my son to get a haircut with them. Unfortunately the last time I was there, I had an appointment with one of the barbers and I got there, but I was told he left early, but I still needed to get a haircut for a relative, so they still attended me, but wish the barber could have let me know he wasn't going to be there or that he needed to cancel my appointment through "TheCut" app. Other than that I had always had a great experience with them, I still get the hair cuts that I need.
