They were friendly but definitely a rip off. I went in to do an inspection because I had gone to the dealer and they gave me a lengthy list of things to do with my car. I knew I needed brakes but I didn't trust everything on the list. when they called me back, they gave me a quote higher than the dealer so I decided not to get it done with them. They still charged me $60 for doing nothing to my car. I was told they would inspect it before doing any work and no fee was ever mentioned for inspection. I went to firestone where they charged me $10 to inspect, $200 less on the brakes, and they also diagnosed my car with needing wheel bearings which both the dealer and mechanic did not catch. My car is now running smoothly

Needed some car work done while we were visiting Hilton Head from Ohio. Very glad we found this place. They were backed up with repairs, but the staff did everything they could do help us. Didn't charge very much either. VERY VERY HAPPY. They saved our vacation.
