The staff that worked down at the winter shelter very very awful there was no toilet paper into the dispenser in each stall there was no door on the individual toilet there was no privacy to take a shower they have female that was in the men's side of the dorms looking in the bathroom and was looking in the no plastic door for privacy when taking a shower the floors down there the one shelter was never been the staff won't let you to keep your stuff down there when there's multiple nights when the temperature is below 40 degrees it was hell on wheels down there I couldn't get assistance for housing when transitions they had both they had the winter shelter and then they had transitions 2025 main Street to get people in the housing. I give transtion staff a grade of a -100 last night I was there I couldn't get linen for my bed someone went and got my linen I've had pictures of that too transtion seriver FAILED

Yes. Separate dorms for men and women. Couples cannot stay together in dorm.
Yes i actually work there. We pick up from 5:45-7:00pm only on nights when its 40' or below. The Comet bus picks up at the corner of Sumter and Laurel st.
You could call Family Shelter. They might be able to use them. The Emergency Shelter is run in cooperation with United Way and another shelter. If you call them they might be able to pick them up.
