UPDATE 07/10/2022. Still 5 stars. Went in on above date for a last minute purchase of two items: Large TV for office and either a new router or an extender for better wi-fi coverage. While looking at the TV's, a salesperson by the name of Nestor Diaz approached and asked us if we needed help. He was very professional and knowledgeable about large screen TV's and assisted us in deciding on either a router or an extender. Seriously, he offered customer service that's a rarity these days. He ultimately provided great info on the products and helped us make a good decision on a TV which fit our needs. He provided the same service when it came to the helping us choose a better router. This was great since the better router offered better coverage for our home. Again, if you want outstanding service, an overall pleasant and professional person to work with, Ernesto Diaz can't be recommended enough. Due to this encounter, and the overall good service thanks to Mr Diaz and the other professional employees, the Best Buy in Montclair definitely deserves a visit. This was an outstanding five star encounter. ****************************** We initially purchased a regular HD 55 inch TV. After reading up on the latest trends, the general consensus was that 4K tvs were the wave of the future. Our initial purchase was pleasant. The return was just as pleasant and hassle free. We waited at the return desk while employees brought us the TV that we were going to purchase from the onset. We were only in line for maybe 15 minutes before we out the TV with our new 55 inch 4K tv. I highly recommend this Best Buy. ********Update********* In February of 2018 we went in to purchase a printer. A very helpful guy by the name of Richard helped us out. Seriously, a true customer service professional. He offered tips that we weren't aware of and just an overall nice guy.

The associate made 3 errors, when I was making my payment. I had a check from my bank account that he was not able to process, my intention was to pay off my balance. I instead elected to use my debit card and told the clerk I would make a 50 dollar payment, he entered the whole balance of 299.00. I said cancel it and change it to the 50 dollar payment I requested. He was not very nice after my request to make the change.

I went in to get a new speaker. It was close to closing time and I was about to leave and come back some other time. The gentlemen that help me saw that I was about to leave and said to wait a moment and he could help. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. His customer service is what got this Best Buy the 5 stars.

Well you should try your best to find the receipt so that they can better help you with your insurance plan with them or you could just go there and talk with them, but I think they would want a receipt to better help you. It also depends if it's worth the insurance plan with how much the phone and the samsung watch cost, if you are able to buy another one with your own money then it might not be worth the insurance plan but the good thing about having the insurance plan is that you don't have to worry about buying it again you can just get another brand new one for free.
If you have a bestbuy card it should be available at the store or if you can access it on line for a reprint
The first time u click the microphone button on the remote for the TV, it should let u setup bixby. Great deal on the TV!

Samsung has announced a new offer for their smartphone buyers.
