I live in a dirt road and they always say my package was undeliverable because there was NO ACCESS TO DELIVER PACKAGE. It’s funny no other companies have a problem delivering to my address. They don’t even leave a note in my mailbox. My package was supposed to be delivered Friday today is Saturday so now I have to wait until Monday to even talk with someone. The mail carrier is obviously not doing there job.

We have missing mail for the past month and no one has responded to my email and my inquiry on their website.

It's the worst customer service that can exist deceive customers who have P.O. Box by sending them messages that have correspondence to pick up that day and it's a lie there is no such correspondence they are the worst in customer service

So, I've been avoiding going to the Post Office looking at all the bad reviews. However, I finally came across the need to visit the actual Post Office building to ship out two big packages. Unlike a majority of the reviews, I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes being around the 6th person in line. The two ladies working today around 11:40am were absolutely amazing. I have also never had an issue regarding any mail coming from USPS to my apartment complex. Not sure why they're getting such bad reviews. Hope this helps!
