We live in Fremont and had searched for a specific minivan from the Bay Area to LA, but couldn’t find anyone with integrity to work with. Those typical dealers are either not willing to place a new order, or wanted to charge a ridiculous premium off MSRP. Until we found this treasure island hidden in Manteca. (1) This is a family owned business with employees working here for 10+ years. This alone tells some stories. (2) the top level management has developed a culture of not being “pushy”, they just share enough information and leave decision to the buyer, which made our experience quite comfortable. (3) For organizations that have bad culture, mostly it’s due to bad mid level managers. But this dealer makes sure that they put the right person in the right place. Jose is just amazing and professional to work with. For example, he went above and beyond by helping us verify a communication problem that the financial institution caused. And most importantly, he solved “other’s trouble” with a big smile and grace. (4) the sales person on the floor is honest, easy going, and willing to help. Throughout the four months waiting time, Rob has been very communicative and responsive. He even replied a message when being sick. For us, this was just another level. So for anyone who’s an experiential shopper like us, give them a try. You may like them.
