The cashiers at night are constantly talking on the phone while working. Sometimes they will completely lock the store when they're cleaning and not allow any customers to come in until they're finished (not exactly 24/7). The only staff member that is good is the woman (I believe she is of Latin descent) that works during the day.

I had a very hard time communicating with your employee because he was on his phone while working with customers. It is rude to be on the phone while on the job. I've been coming to this 7 Eleven for years now. I just about have enough with their rudeness. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

They got a promo saying 5 roller items for $4. Trying to charge almost $6. Tax on $4 is only 32 cents. Don't get how $4.32 equals $6
