ATM machine is often down for me at this location. Went this morning and could not place a deposit. Third time in the past two weeks. I've yet had three times in 5 years at my credit union.

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE! If I could give them a zero star I would. This was the most unprofessional bank I have ever been to. Customer service is lost to them. Before depositing my check in person, I was told it would have a one business day hold. After following up it was changed two more times. Going from 1-day to 7-days. The bank tellers lied to get me to deposit my check knowing that it would be held for 7-business days!! In the real world it is closer to two weeks! The employees of the branch were condescending and said that getting stranded is a regular part of life. Their incompetence and lack of regard for human dignity caused serious financial repercussions for me. They were the sole reason I experienced undue stress and financial hardships. Never once received an apology from the Branch Manager or Regional Manager. All I recieved were excuses. Is this a real Bank?
