We moved into our new construction home about a year and a half ago. Fleming installed our floors and we have had issues with them warping and bending at the joints, likely due to poor installation. When we walk on them we can hear them bending down and air being pushed out. It’s gotten to the point to where they are now chipping at the edges because of how much they are coming up. We have been going back and forth with Fleming for over 6 months now and we keep getting the run around… either someone’s on vacation or someone else has to come in and do an inspection, basically going back and forth about who is to blame for the poor quality… is it the manufacturer, the installer, or the builder?… either way our floors are messed up and we are not to blame and they need to be fixed. Unfortunately, the communication on flemings side has been extremely poor and all we’ve heard are excuses and no solutions. I have no idea how Fleming has won the “best of Cobb” award for 2022… they’re terrible and my husband and I are about ready to take them to court.

As our renovation was winding down, the hardwood floor contractor we were hoping to have make some repairs, was a no-show. A friend recommended Todd and the folks at Fleming Flooring. Wow what a discovery. On short notice, i.e. next day, Todd arrived to assess and quote the needed work. In three days the work started and was nicely finished a day before originally expected. All of their crew members were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. There will be no hesitation to use them again.
