Customer service is everything! I was excited to discover this nail supply in Charlotte. My excitement ended there. -5 Stars: This shop was crammed with boxes in the narrow walkways and products everywhere makingbit extremely difficult to navigate with shopping basket. -10 Stars: Shop was manned by two young men who weren't helpful with answering questions or providing help. I purchased a nail dryer asking specific questions to determine if it would be a good fit since I was unfamiliar with the brand. It is NOT a professional uv/led lamp as it beeps constantly and takes too long to dry. Complete waste of my money with limited return policy. -20: All of the products, including the thick and hard to cure fake gel polish are straigh from Wish. All in all, I refuse to spend money here bc they act as if "my" business was a bother. I spend it at the other nail supply.. much better, quality products.

On 6-27-22 a Black Hole archery target was offered for $46.48 and I bought it. Big mistake, they took money but have yet to receive target or money back. Numerous messages have recd no response. Nail place was not the name when ordered but money went there and is on my bank statement. Square Deal or just theft...they got the money and sent me nothing. Do not buy from these people, so dishonest.
