Zahari, or Zahara, (or something like that) mocked and was condescending to a neurodivergent person. Zahari was misleading about the products and she pushed the most expensive option on this person, when it was clearly not what they said they needed or wanted repeatedly. No one should ever be treated this way or taken advantage of in this way. Sephora, you are better than this. I am appalled this abusive behavior is allowed by Sephora.

Hector helped me get bunch of products back in March. Waited with the review as everything was meant to be used for my bridal makeup. I am very happy with his selection and advice, make up came out stunning and held up very well.

This location doesn't do that but there is a Benefit Brow Bar at Belk down the hall, or an Idolize Brows location next to Nordstrom.
