Update! This place has gotten worse. It's either 1 register open or 2 of the 4 self check out. I'm typing this review while standing in line. Employees walking around looking like they are lost. Get it together lowes in Norcross! This location is terrible. Not just this visit but everytime I go. Only reason I keep going is to get quick stuff because it is close by and home depot is a ways away. Today the store was a disaster and employees standing around looking at the messes. Get your stuff together over here guys!

I ordered a refrigerator in June and i was informed it would arrive in August 6, then August 12 and now they are saying December. I have called and I have talked to the staff multiple times they really don’t have any clear answers for me as far as what’s taking so long. Its very frustrating being told one thing but being another. PLEASE BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THE BEST!!!!!!
