What a waste of time and space. Mail man/women left 1st note in our mailbox addressing it to the previous renter about who we were to him. We wrote back, our names and that we now are renting the apartment. 2nd note basically said they dont know who we are but the previous renter has to fill out a COA. Again, we write back asking them to stop harrassing us, WE are the only ones at this apartment #. We're just asking them to do their job, so if it helps to fill out their "address slip" then we'll do it. Instead of taking that slip in to get the info processed, they decided to write us ANOTHER note on the back of that slip! I get they need a COA, but we aren't the people who moved out! We moved here from another state!! It's been 3 weeks since i went up there to complain and turn in the slip, management has NOT called me and i have YET to receive mail!!!

The worst post office in the US so rude and when you ask for help they tell you to leave they don't have time for it. Unbelievable the way costumers are treated any where else in the world you would get fired.
