Kudos to David! A mishap happened while their workers were landscaping and David called me right away to acknowledge and accept responsibility on behalf of his company. He made things right and I am so appreciative! I was nervous he would not do the right thing because that seems to be going around these days (the lack of taking personal responsibility) , but he did and I respect him and his company for that.
