They aren't up and running yet.
If they dont, Go to KOA campground. They sell to public and they fill tanks to legal limit(80%)...we stopped swapping tanks at places like Walmart years ago as they fill about 50%...you have to take tanks off as filling station is in a cage....not sure if TSC will require you to do that(i assume it would be a legal requirement).
