Unfortunately all the people that complained about this company's customer service are right. It is by far the WORST. ARMIE & SAM Who are part of the sales team and the face of UCI have no idea that in the United States the customer comes first. I would love to write in detail about all their rude behaviors but I feel I would be writing for an hour. For a synopsis I will say they treat every customer as though the customer is trying to trick them or not pay them. Which obviously is not the case. It's not like you can pick up a Quartz 600 lbs coutertop and walk out although you can walk out because Armie just speaks to you as though you are garbage. Not sure where they've learned their people skills but I doubt they have any. Hopefully future customers read this and stay away before they too get to experience this less than humane environment.

Rude unhelpful staff member up front. Came by asked for a cabinet piece she looked at me as if I was troubling her and said no to everything I asked. Had a Beautiful piece on display but she said no discontinued. Well if it was why put on display? Discontinued items are either marked down or taken out completely. Sorry I wasn't worth your time. Too bad I was actually a big purchase buyer

We used UCI to replace our kitchen countertops. We ordered white quartz, and they were installed within 10 days of order! The installation team was on time and efficient, and they did a wonderful job. Nona was very responsive and easy to work with; the owners were also very hands on and great to work with. We definitely recommend UCI. We absolutely love our new kitchen!
