George Hulshult went above and beyond on helping my wife and I pick out a dining room set. He's the reason we came back to American signature furniture. After visiting 5 other furniture stores, no one else helped us with the detail and expertise that George had, he was very friendly and he's just all around a great person! We really appreciate his imput and advice while shopping here. We will come back and ask for George everytime!!

4 emails, 4 phone calls with promises to call back from management telling me they’ll call me back about a couch I purchased less than a year ago having a defective handle, only to have to continually follow up and be put on hold. I recommend you only buy furniture you’d like to last exactly 11 months. American 11 month furniture is the perfect name for this place. They don’t stand behind their product and take care of the customer and they then tell you they’ve been working diligently to resolve an issue that I’ve had to call them about on 4 separate occasions. Buyer beware, I recommend just about anyone else after the experience here. I’ve been told someone in management will reach out but I don’t have my hopes up. Updates soon

I ordered a king bed from American Signature. I received an email my furniture would arrive on 9/15, my delivery time would be 3 to 6. Received texts and emails reminding me of delivery time was 3 to 6. The day of delivery comes, im at work, I get a call the driver is on his way and will arrive around 1. I called back and told them I was at work and I was told from 3 to 6. The rep said I should plan to be home all day, I told her that was not what the email and texts said. I asked if the driver could come back at 3 that I would be home prior to that time which I was scheduled for, she called the driver and he said the latest he could do was 1:30 or I would need to reschedule and they would charge me a rescheduling fee. I asked for a supervisor I have not received a call back. That is not good service, I was told my arrival time was 3 to 6, but because the driver was done 2 to 3 hours early I couldn't get my furniture for a whole week. This is my last buy from American signature furniture
