Unbelievably disappointed in this place. You buy a luxury car and you expect luxury service. I dropped off for a simple service. Rim repair on three rims through coverage purchased through the dealer at time of sale and a slow leak in one tire. It took over two weeks and the service was incomplete and believe it or not, returned worse. Two of three rims were repaired and was told the third would require a new rim that would be ordered but would be fine to continue driving. Picked the car up and the rim which was not repaired is now flat everyday which was not occurring prior to drop off. Now when I attempt to contact them I'm constantly left on hold, told no manager is available or will receive a call back, usually without ever actually getting one. I now have no update on the new rim and no resolution to my issue. Very poor business.

I brought my vehicle in for a regular oil change. I asked my rep to check the entire car and notify me of any issues that he sees that need to be addressed. The same day I received a text message stating my car is ready for pick up and my rear brakes need to be changed "soon." I pickup my vehicle, make it back home and start hearing weird noises coming from the rear. I thought maybe something was stuck in the tire and it would break away as I drive. I drive a couple more days before leaving for vacation and when I come back I return to this service center to see what's wrong. I was informed my rear brakes are completely gone and my rotors are now damaged. It would cost around $1,100.00 to fix the issue. I asked why I was not told about the severity of the issue when I brought it in, but no response. They tried to lie to me and say it happened because I drove 3 thousand miles in two weeks. That was proven untrue because I had a NYS inspection that logged my mileage that popped up on carfax. I tried to reach out to Lionel who is the manager a couple of times, but no response. Overall, would never use this center again.
