This store is a mess can't walk anywhere without tripping Merchandise all over the floor thrown everywhere everything is out of place all the it is to Ridiculous they have so many people working but nobody stalking and I put it in the store.They were too busy on the phone behind the cash register and talking and joking.the young white girl with blue and Blonde haired didn't even know how to count money. Where are y'all finding people to work it took her 3 minutes to give me $9.40 back can't find nothing in this store i took pictures

NOW THAT IS HOW YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE A CUSTOMER!!!! LAURA & CRYSTAL BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME TODAY!!! TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AND I NEEDED SOME LAST MINUTE VALENTINES DAY THINGS. THESE YOUNG LADIES LITERALLY TOOK IT TO THE SKY TO GET ME WHAT I NEEDED!!!!! I AM NEW TO THE AREA AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANOTHER LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! LAURA AND CRYSTAL SHOWED PASSION AND NEVER STOPPED SMILING!!! THEY LITERALLY MADE MY DAY.

I will never shop there again after this super rude middle aged African American woman that works in the Dollar general on Boiling springs road and is working there now 8pm Wednesday 12-22-2021 she has "0" PEOPLE SKILLS and is super rude she does not need to work in retail what so ever, Dollar general lost my family and I's business and will not go back tell they replace her with someone that has good people skills and are welcoming manures. Owner's of this Dollar general need to hire a none rude person with basic people skills and makes the store wellcoming. I can't believe that she got hired for a position in a retail Businesses my God I really wanted to ask her what her problem was but I didn't because I remember I could do a review for the store on this website and Yelp.

It seems that he was under an illegal substance, or medications. That man and few selective employees have D.G. shopping experience messed up. They dont know how to treat customers with respect. I have been to many DG stores in this area. I will gladly thank the DG store employees who help my shopping experience convenient. But to the ones who have made it horrible, called the police because I have coupons, or call the police because I am clearance shopping. God dont like ugly. That manager will hopefully be fired and real management can come and take control of the store. Sorry about your experience. Dont judge them all by that one. These stores have many employees come in and out and it's hard for them to get good help.
