I've used Epps for new lawn equipment and service for going on 9 years and they always get 5 stars. They operate a busy, honest shop and they turn my equipment around fast, every time. I wish the guys at the front counter and in the the best of luck and I hope they stick with us a good long time. The negative reviews here are pretty comical. They seem to be written by folks that can't spell and I don't believe they should be operating equipment that can injure. Thanks Epps! David

They left the lawn mower outside where it could be stolen. We DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL. Whoever picked up was very unprofessional. Do not recommend Jackie Yu who never got a phone call. That's Berea for you No need for a reply. I've read them. I don't care what you say. You are extremely unprofessional. The reply is no excuse. There were no flat tires. You left in full view to be stolen. Again the reply is NO excuse. If you can't run the business, say so

Horrible place and very expensive, they charge for everything and Josh has very bad customer service skills, He is very rude and they charge for every single think and if you decide not to get the job done there because you don't have money, Josh will charge either $80 to bring it back or $40 for you to pick it up on top of the $75 for the first pick up and delivery. I do not recommend this shop
