Had my pup groomed at Mooresville Petco. Booked the appointment on their on-line calendar. Had to change the appointment twice because the groomers actual schedule and the on-line calendar are not in sync. Waste of time booking on-line. The actual grooming was fine. Came time to pay... already $10 more than I was used to paying, and an additional $6 fee was added for seemingly no reason. I was told the $6 was "in case" the groomer needed any additional products for my grooming. What?! Simply a rip-off move. Never again.

I actually give Petco Mooresville 0 stars. I have been bringing my dog to this Petco for 2 years. They do have a new groomer. She called to tell me she couldn't groom him. He was too hard to handle. So I pick him up. Management told me I needed to find another groomer. He weighs 4 lbs. So if they can't handle him Good luck with your dog. went

Yesterday afternoon I went store get my cat' s food and cat litter. After I checked out, I found out the supervisor over charged me 2 items.So I retured to store trying to find out what is the correct price. At that time,the cashier was another girl. She acted like she dont know anything and not even trying to help me find out. Meanwhile, that supervisor came out, I showed her the receipt and the price I took pictures from the shelf were different. She was extremely rude, she blamed store didnt let her know. Its not like store trying to steal from me or something. I never said that! Everyone makes mistake! But she got mad at me, accused me fussed her when she was fix the price for me. Then she constantly running her mouth said bye ,bye instead of apologize to her customer, stay calm! Be professional! Hope your store has a camera. I have been shopping at Petco for a very long time. I had price question before.Never see this kind of awful customer service like her. Terrible attitude! Very bad experience!! I definitely wont go back Petco if that supervisor still there!

They have cats for adoption. Sometimes they will have dog rescues on the weekend.
Most of the petcos except apple and android pay depending on how old the credit card terminal is. I would call to make sure this location does.

They only match Petco.com prices for websites, and prices in other stores locally.
