Anyone notice, Hand written Sign as you enter? "Hiring CASHIER" Really?! Sign has been up since April 2022. NO E.O.E. HERE Several People have Attempted to Apply. Some have even worked a few days. What is the issue? 1) When an individual asks for an Application for Employment. Their out (copy machine broken), or Owner will be in tomorrow @ 11am. Sure enough Owner there. Writes information Name, phone number (on an order pad for food). Owner will call later. 2) if you gave an Application for Employment. That may have various questions. One might be? Do you speak any other language. This is America. Most of your Customers speak English. Not All, but most. Your kitchen Staff is mostly Hispanic. Most probably speak Spanish, maybe even English? Maybe if Management gave an Application? Those that Apply, who Also Speak Spanish, maybe they DO NOT LOOK HISPANIC!!! Maybe MANAGEMENT does not understand what Discrimination IS! 3) When Owner/Management says they will call ! DO SOMETHING UNUSUAL-CALL 4) It only takes 3 People to File a Class Action Law Suit..... and how many People have not received an Application or Call? I personally have no Desire to work here. I enjoy the Food. But unfortunately have also been present. When an individual asked for an Application. I have witnessed People being "brushed off"/ignored. And more Importantly my Spanish SUCKS!!! If I ever asked for an Application? And I overheard someone gesturing towards me & saying Punta. Oops!!! Might upset my stomach. May even have an AWFUL GAS ATTACK in Spades.

We have always loved Carmines food, so we decided to use them to cater our Wedding! The experience was fantastic. We ordered food for 120 people & everything was perfect. They had it ready at the time we asked, it was kept hot, and the portions were over the top! No one left any food on their plates. Thank you, Carmines!
