I visited West Photo today hoping to learn a bit about some cameras I was planning on purchasing. The store was completely empty besides myself, one other customer and 3 or 4 employees behind the desk. I was not greeted, asked if I needed help or even acknowledged whatsoever. 2 employees were sitting off to the side and the one “working” employee was in a deep conversation about sports with the customer. I stood behind him “in line” and waited to get a word in to ask for some service. I was completely ignored. This went on for a good 10 minutes. I ended up leaving with nothing. Bummer for them cause I was about to drop some serious cash. Very poor service and this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at West Photo. I bet the sports convo is still going on now -_-

West photo sells to the professional photographer. The store has great equipment, outstanding service, good value.
You have the option of getting digital files of your images. Be sure to ask when dropping off your film.

West photo is the best photo store in Twin Cities. You can bring digital images for prints only. You can find many outstanding photographers that shoot engagement photos. Jerry Swanson
